We take every care in the hiring of security personnel  and we exceed the requirements of the Employment Standards Act. Security personnel are required to have a minimum standard of education to meet the responsibilities of grade A assignments. Their character must be irreproachable and they must be reliable. Great care is taken in recruiting and the best of the applicants are chosen to become our Security Personnel. The selected candidates are given a  basic training program. No security Personnel is placed on assignment without this basic training or without the full knowledge of his job responsibilities and duties. Company policy adheres to a thorough training program and continual evaluation of its security personnel.

To qualify for any position each new applicant has to successfully pass a battery of tests including: 

• Vocabulary test
• Personality profile questionnaire 
• Thorough background check
• In-depth personal interview.

Those who pass must then attend extensive orientation and training classes and go through pre-assignment training taught by experienced, certified instructors. And they must pass a test on every subject before they are considered for a position with S A S FACILITY SOLUTIONS 

Every applicant must undergo an intense and comprehensive screening process to ensure they meet our high standards. 

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications of Security Guards: 

• Minimum 10-12 standard passed
• Average height 5’7” except Nepalese and hill side people
• Medical Fitness
• National Language

To further ensure compliance in duties, all security personnel will have on person, laminated cards with post specific Standing Operating Procedures printed on them. 

Escalation triggers, escalation matrix and important phone numbers will also be given to each guard. 

• Daily Briefing/ Debriefing at the time of Shift change – Post Supervisor
• Daily Training on Specific post instructions – Post Supervisor Daily Checks – Field Supervisor 
• 2 - 3 times a week visit – Operations Manager
• Monthly Training by Training Officer: Fire Fighting/Safety, Evacuation drills
• High Quality Security mechanism (monthly review meetings)
